FARES

We will make every effort to ensure lowest & accurate fares offered to our clients at the time of booking based on the availability. Fares quoted are not final until the tickets have been purchased. We reserve the right to deny any fare which may have been incorrectly posted. We are not responsible for incorrect fares displayed on this Website.

DOCUMENTS

A passport is required for ALL international travel. Each customer traveling across any international boundary is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including required visas if any.

CHECK-IN

Reporting time for an International flight boarding is 3 hours prior to departure. Note: Check-In later than these times could result in denied boarding.

OVERBOOKING

Airline flights may be overbooked. A person denied boarding on such a flight may be entitled to a compensatory payment. The rules for denied boarding are available at all ticket counters. Please contact the airline directly for denied boarding compensation.

E-TICKET

Please check your electronic ticket confirmation upon receipt. In case you see any error, please notify us immediately.

PAYMENT

We accept payment via all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex & Discover), certified / cashier checks, money orders. Payments can also be made directly using our company’s bank account.

NAME CHANGE

Travelers’ names on the itinerary must match with the name on his/her passport or other acceptable proof of identifications approved by the airlines. Name changes are not permitted.

CHANGES / REFUND

Changes are usually permitted but involve certain restrictions. In case, of date change, the change penalty and applicable fare difference will be applied as per the airline fare rules. These days most tickets are non-refundable. However, some tickets are refundable. If submitting for refund, cancellation fee plus agency service fee will be applicable. Refund process may take between 04-06 weeks. Please call us to cancel your reservation prior to your flight departure. No-show will have no value of the ticket. Partially used tickets are non-refundable.

SCHEDULE CHANGES

The company is not responsible for any Airlines schedule changes after your tickets are booked and trip is finalized. We will try to inform you as soon as we receive the information from the airline. However, we suggest you to please re-confirm your booking 72 hrs. before your scheduled flight departure.

DELAY / CANCELLATION

If your flight is delayed or cancelled due to airline technical or any other reason, please speak with airline representative and they should accommodate you on alternate flight to your destination or they should find you a next available flight.

AGENCY SERVICE FEE

We will charge processing fee when date change, refund or cancellation is involved.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is highly recommended. Please contact us for details.
